What it’s all about

Your body, just as it is today.

A cancer diagnosis changes so many things – often including the way you view your own body. For months, it was examined, treated and measured. Yet it is precisely this body that has achieved the incredible.

Through ‘Stark. Echt. Du.’, I give away a few boudoir photo shoots every year to people who have been diagnosed with cancer. A day that’s all about you – peaceful, respectful and just as you want to be seen today.

At a glance

  • For people who have been diagnosed with cancer – any type of cancer, aged 18 and over
  • Free of charge: initial consultation, photo shoot, edited images and one print
  • 6 places, allocated by draw
  • Photo shoots from March to June 2027 at the studio in Hofkirchen
  • Appointments can be rescheduled at any time free of charge
  • Registration: 4 to 28 February 2027

My principles

You decide what you show

I

To reveal or to conceal

Scars, piercings, short hair, a wig or a prosthesis: anything can be visible, but nothing has to be. We’ll decide together on the lighting, pose and fabric.

II

No questions

I’m not asking about diagnoses, test results or treatment. Just tell me whatever you’d like to share. It’s not the story that counts for the prize draw, just the ticket.

Your photos belong to you

The photos are taken for you, not for my advertising. Only what you specifically and explicitly authorise will be shown – and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

As with every shoot, my code applies: you see every shot, you set every boundary, and I won’t touch you.

How it works

From registration to the image

  1. Please register below by 28 February 2027. Just your name and email address are required.
  2. At the start of March, I’ll finalise the places and get in touch with everyone.
  3. An initial consultation in a relaxed setting – you’re welcome to bring someone you trust along.
  4. A photoshoot in a cosy, private studio – with breaks as often as you like.
  5. You choose from your private gallery. I’ll make subtle edits: you’ll still be you.

Good to know

No pressure, no small print

  • This isn’t a bait-and-switch: I won’t be trying to sell you anything afterwards.
  • Postpone at any time: even at short notice, even on the day itself, without giving a reason.
  • Signing someone up: It’s possible – but please only if the person is aware of it and is happy for it to happen.
  • More than just pictures: Psychosocial cancer support services offer free and confidential advice – to relatives as well.
